Scotish Ale, Thrid batch

This is the third batch, Started May 26, 2009

Done in two parallel boils.

At 90°f, the SG was 1.080 (Oechsle of 80°, Pot. Alc of 10.5%).

The correction table specifies +.003 at 86°f, and +.004 at 95°f. Using a correction value of +.003, the pot. alc raises to above 11%. Also, I believe that correction value is below my margin of error.

Final volume is 4.75 gal.
