Mead: Beechwood Honeydew

Ingredients
- 3 cups (2 packages, 1kg, 2.2lpbs... ) Beechwood Honeydew
- 3 cups reg. honey
- 14 cups water
- handful of spices (cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg)
- 1/2 orange, diced
- bit of black tea
Process
Prep
Heat it all togeather until it comes to a boil, cool, put in carbor w/ yeast

- prolly only got to 200°f
- cooled naturally, didn't use chiller.
- Original SG: 1.140 ( 17%pot)
- used 1 tsp
- Note: yeast was old, looked lackluster.
- Added extra packet of yeast
